What time do we need to check out?

Your Loft Room will be ready from 3pm on the day of your arrival, and check out is by 11am on the day you leave. Please let us know if you would like to change these times or need to store bags for the day. Find out more.

Are the Loft Rooms accessible?

Unfortunately, our Loft Rooms are located on the top floors of the hotel, up the staircase. If you are looking for rooms with fewer steps, our most accessible rooms are the Terrace Rooms on the ground floor.

What features are included in the bathroom?

The Loft Rooms are equipped with modern bathroom facilities, featuring a contemporary shower and a selection of luxury toiletries.

Is parking available when booking a Loft Room?

Yes, we offer guest parking. The hotel car park is off-site and located with the Canon Street East long stay car park. Find out more.

Are the Loft Rooms dog-friendly?

Our Loft Rooms are not dog friendly, however, if you are bringing your pooch, our Terrace Rooms are the perfect fit.

Is breakfast included when booking a Loft Room?

All of our room bookings include a fresh breakfast in the Samphire or The Orangery, unless stated otherwise.
